GM3010AH5 Series Extra-large Wood CNC Machine
The extra-large wood CNC machine used to machine wood composite board, carbon fiber board, honeycomb composite material and more. It carries out a variety of linear and curve modelling via a 3-axis linkage process while the saw blades quickly complete linear cuts and bevel cuts on workpieces at any angle using a 5-axis linkage process.
Any type of insulated composite board including wooden aluminum composite panel, aluminum foam panel, aluminum-glass fiber sandwich panel, and more.
The extra-large wood CNC machine is widely used in manufacturing mobile homes, caravans, tow trucks, trucks and more.
The machine body features a monolithic steel structure manufactured using a 5-face milling center (3.3*8m) that ensures the parallel degree in assembly, verticality of the three axes, and the stable machine operation.

The Syntec control system features a stable, easy operation and performance. 
The disc-type automatic tool changer holds up to 6 tools, effectively improving processing efficiency. 
The CNC machine is equipped with 5.5KW water-cooled tool change spindle with a speed of 6000 -12000 rpm/min. The maximum shank diameter of the BT40 spindle is φ32mm. It is suitable for rapidly cutting sandwich plates.
The CNC machine is equipped with a saw blade, protective shield, emergency stop switch, and oil lubrication system. The table also features a lighting system to ensure the working area is fully visible.

The default spindle is made in Taiwan, and can be replaced with a 9KW SCM water cooled automatic tool change spindle.
